Firstly and most important is to look for a U.S. based company with an excellent variety of award winning flavors. Great flavors are the most critical aspect of e liquid when it comes to your vaping experience
Also make sure they offer you the ability to pick your PG to VG ratio, many people have a sweet spot when it comes to the VG:PG ratio and the ability to pick should be given.
Another quality to look for is if they have actual customer reviews and DIY products. These are the main areas I look at when choosing an online e-liquid vendor to buy from. I would also strongly recommend to look at there customer service and overall shipping speed.
Many of these vendors are selling extremely high quality e liquid made directly in the U.S., while still keeping prices incredibly low. They carry some of the finest tasting flavors and include many freebies as well.
Remember do not go too cheap on prices or Chinese, since you will most likely be getting very low grade quality e liquid cut with extra additives and water. You want 100% either Vegetable Glycerine or 100% Propylene Glycol.
